Shipping policy

Items in stock are generally sent in 1-3 working days, excluding national holidays.

I generally use Royal Mail to send. Occasionally shipping may be slower than expected due to acts of God etc. Patience is required and respectfully requested in these situations.

An item sent by Royal Mail is not considered lost until 2 weeks and 2 days after sending, therefore claims can be made after this time.
