Terms of service
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order. If item is returned by mailing service to us due to an incorrect address, customer will be required to repay the postage for us to resend.
Because of seller protection rules, we will only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order, we will have to cancel the order and start again.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable to import into their country. In addition, payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
All our consumer sales on Shopify are subject to English laws, including the Sale of Goods Act (SOGA) and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your right to cancel -
The customer may cancel for any reason from date order is placed until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.
Custom orders are generally excluded from returns unless we deem the item made can be easily sold on.
Please inform us of cancellation in writing. You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by email . You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential. You are advised to retain proof of sending cancellation.
For cancellations we will refund the order value to the customer (including our standard shipping cost - (shipping upgrades chosen at checkout by the customer will not be refunded as per UK trading standards ), once the item is received back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.
If goods are cancelled after despatch to customer please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender. refund will be given once we receive the order back.
Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 30 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition ie. original packaging, clean, undamaged.
Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.
For international returns please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form and include a copy of our invoice crossed through with "RETURNED GOODS". We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

Faulty Goods -
The warranty for items is 3 months from purchase. Faulty Goods will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I have high standards for my work and stand by my products but want customers to be happy so will try hard to rectify any issues that arise.
Please contact us before making any faulty goods returns, we will agree a suitable course of action which may include return of goods at our cost or alternative action that does not require return of goods. We will not refund carriage costs for unauthorised returns.
The customer acknowledges that standard procedures of diagnosis and troubleshooting must be fulfilled before any determination of fault is assumed. The onus is on the customer to prove on the balance of probability that the goods are faulty. The final determination is solely ours.
Where necessary, care instructions will be sent with the order, but generally my fabric items should be only spot cleaned where possible. Please contact me before washing any items.
Knitted items have care instructions sent with them.
We exclude responsibility for any damage caused by wear and tear, abrasion, incorrect care, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, chemicals, staining, unauthorised repair, heavy wear, rough handling or other inappropriate actions.
